A Turn-Key Move-In is designed to make your new home completely move-in ready before you arrive. We manage the final details of setting up your home, which may include sourcing and purchasing household essentials, coordinating deliveries, receiving and inspecting items, organizing and installing everything in its place, making beds, laundering linens, stocking the kitchen and refrigerator, and completing the finishing touches throughout the home. Whether it’s a primary residence or vacation home, the goal is simple: you arrive, unpack your suitcase, and enjoy your new home.

We help coordinate the many moving pieces of a project, from sourcing and procurement to scheduling, deliveries, installations, organization, and final setup, ensuring details stay organized and the transition into your finished space is as seamless as possible.

The duration of the project is determined by many different variables including the size of the project and home, the number of items going into each room, how much sorting and purging needs to be done, and how quickly decisions are made. No two projects are the same, but we work as efficiently as possible so you can get the most out of our services.

Not at all. Home by Hanbury offers a full-service approach, and many of our clients choose to let us take the reins and manage the details from start to finish. How involved you’d like to be is entirely up to you. Some clients enjoy being part of the process, while others prefer to hand it over and return to a beautifully organized, unpacked, or fully set-up home. We’ll tailor the experience to your preferences and keep you informed as much—or as little—as you’d like along the way.

Complimentary Consultation – During your consultation, we work together to better understand your needs and produce a plan accordingly.

Prepare – This is the behind-the-scenes stage where all the team members are coordinated, product sourcing and shopping is started, and necessary logistics take place.

Spill & Categorization - We take everything out of its current place and fully assess the items you have. After emptying a space, all your similar items are categorized.

Edit – After categorizing, we work with you to decide what should be kept, donated, or discarded. Home by Hanbury removes all trash and donations from your space.

Implement & Maintain – Finally, we install customized organizational systems, place product and your belongings in their new locations, and create custom labels for the finishing touches. We give you helpful tips and tricks on how to maintain your space to maximize efficiency and minimize stress.
